FITUR Madrid
FITUR fills IFEMA for five days in January with the travel industry — operators, tourist boards, hotel groups and the airlines that carry them. The 2027 edition adds two more halls.
A trade fair is a scheduling problem
Stand duty, appointments across four halls, dinners in the centre, a flight home on the last afternoon. The distances are short and the margins are not.
What we set up for FITUR week
- Airport transfers with meet and greet, so arrivals do not begin in a taxi queue.
- Hourly hire for the days with meetings off-site — the car waits, you do not rebook.
- Larger vehicles when a delegation moves together rather than splitting across cars.
Invoicing
Prices are confirmed before the booking and shown with IVA included. If you need everything on one invoice at the end of the week, say so when you book and we will arrange it.
