These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all bookings made through the website crownrides.com (“Website”), owned and operated by Crown Rides (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By using our services or submitting a booking request, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Client or Passenger: The individual or legal entity making the reservation.
Service: Any ground transportation service, including airport transfers, intercity travel, hourly chauffeur services, and custom rides.
Vehicle Category: Service level booked (e.g., Economy, Standard, Executive, First Class), not a specific vehicle model.
Booking Confirmation: Email sent after payment confirming your ride details.

2. Booking and Reservation Process
Eligibility: Must be 18+, provide complete info, and have legal capacity to book.
Booking Process: Book via crownrides.com, select service, vehicle, pickup/drop-off, date & time, enter passenger details, review fare, and confirm payment.
Booking Confirmation: Email sent after successful payment. Includes ride details, payment summary, and contact info.
Airport & Pickup Policy: Complimentary waiting: 60 min at airports, 15 min at hotels/private addresses, 30 min at cruise ports. No-show without contact = no refund.
Booking Process: Book via crownrides.com, select service, vehicle, pickup/drop-off, date & time, enter passenger details, review fare, and confirm payment.

3. Payment Terms
Prices in Euros (€), including taxes unless noted.
Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, Stripe, bank transfers, Bizum, or PayPal (pre-arranged).
Payment Timing: Full prepayment required during booking.
Security: Transactions encrypted; card details not stored; PCI-DSS compliant.
Invoicing: Automatic receipt sent; VAT invoice available on request.
Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, Stripe, bank transfers, Bizum, or PayPal (pre-arranged).

4. Modifications and Cancellations
Modifications up to 24 hours before pickup: changes in time, address, passengers, or services (luggage, baby seats).
Last-Minute Changes: Less than 24h: may be accommodated but not guaranteed.
Cancellations: ≥48h = 90% refund, 24–48h = 50% refund, <24h or no-show=no refund.
Force Majeure: Severe weather, strikes, or emergencies may allow reschedule or full refund.
Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Last-Minute Changes: Less than 24h: may be accommodated but not guaranteed.

5. Service Conditions & Safety
All drivers are licensed, insured, and professionally trained. Vehicles are clean, climate-controlled, and compliant with regulations.
Waiting times: Airport/Station 60 min, Non-airport 30 min.
Luggage: 1 medium suitcase + 1 small item per passenger; extra luggage must be declared.
Child safety: Seats available on request; children under 135cm/12 yrs must be secured.
Pets allowed only in private transfers with proper carriers; cleaning fees may apply.
